At Posh Beauty Artistry our goal is to always make sure our clients receive outstanding results. Policies are set in place to give all of our clients the absolute best experience possible, however, due to different skin types and outside factors outside of our control that could affect the final product, there are no guarantees. We are so thankful for putting your trust in our artistry and our business.
Payment Policy
We do require a deposit of $50 in order to book and confirm your appointment. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. The deposit will be deducted from your overall cost. Cancellations will automatically result in a forfeit of your deposit.
Cancellation, Reschedule & No Show Policy
Last minute cancellations, reschedules, and "No Shows" leave spaces in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. We do our best to be on time and our goal is to provide outstanding customer service. Your time is precious to us, so we ask that you consider ours as well and notify us of any changes. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please call or text us at 571-336-7571 and let us know, (leave a voicemail if need be) or email us at hello@poshbeautyartistry.com 72 hours (3 DAYS) from your appointment time is required to reschedule and transfer your deposit. If the 72-hour window has passed, an inconvenience fee of $50 will be required to re-book. Please note that the fee will not go towards your appointment. You have 24 hours from your appointment time to cancel your appointment. If you cancel within 24hours, you will be charged an inconvenience fee of $200.
No Show Policy
Any client that does not show up for their scheduled appointment whether it’s a new client session, an enhancement session or a touch up session, will automatically forfeit their non-refundable deposit and will be required to pay a $150 rebooking fee upon booking a future appointment.
Lateness Policy
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, out of respect for your artist and clients scheduled, If you are running late for your appointment, please call and inform the studio of your situation.
If you are more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, it is the studio’s discretion to reschedule your appointment and charge a $150 rebooking fee or standard same-day cancellation fees.
Being late will create a delay to the artist's schedule and is unfair to other clients.

In some cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate the appointment. This will be at our discretion.
No Guest Policy
Unfortunately, no kids or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. We limit 1 guest per client.
Inclement Weather Policy
All results will vary per person depending on: skin, blood type, lifestyle, bone structure, any medications taken and proper aftercare. We do not offer refunds once the procedure has been completed as we have carried out the procedure at a cost to us. Once a service has been rendered, it is the clients responsibility to ensure that they have taken proper care of their investment. Posh Beauty Artistry is not responsible for any circumstances that occur after a service has been rendered. Once a deposit or full payment has been made, the client acknowledges and consents to the no refund policy.
Rates Policy
Posh Beauty Artistry reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or change prices on services without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.

Eating or Drinking
Remember to drink plenty of water before and after your appointment. Please do not bring outside food into the studio. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in our studio.
Photo and Video Release
Posh Beauty Artistry may use images or videos on website, social media, brochures, flyers or for any other advertising it deems necessary. Any and all photographs, video, audio and any other media captured or recorded by any and all its representatives. Client(s) can agree or disagree to release any and all claims regarding use of his/her images for such purposes. You can state this on your consent form. If you do not agree we respect your decision and will make note of it on your profile. Please, do understand that for liability purposes we do have to take before and after photos for our records.
